With over 30 years of experience in the Advertising, Marketing and Entertainment industries, Tom is a true media master craftsman. His expertise encompasses all formats: marketing campaigns, long and short form commercials, documentaries, television shows, direct retail sales, music videos, and web-based paid media content.
Commencing his career cutting 35mm film at one of New York’s premiere commercial editing shops, First Edition, Tom was a pioneer in non-linear editing, beta testing one of the first Avid Media Composer systems. He went on to work for Manhattan Transfer and Pi/Edit before moving west to work for MTV Networks.
In 2002 he joined RED/Brand New Studios, a production and post-production company located in Hollywood, CA, where he was Senior Editor and Head of Post Production for 12 years before relocating to New York where he is now CEO of Metatrope Digital, a global marketing company with offices in Manhattan and Sydney, Australia working for multiple clients.
He continues to be on the leading edge with his knowledge of Television & Web content creation as the Senior Editorial Consultant of BeBop Technology, a Los Angeles based post production services provider and as CMO of Anthogen, a health and wellness company that uses AI to enhance people’s lifestyles.
